Fans at Madison Square Garden must've been checking their ticket stubs last night to see if they had their dates right.

They did. When the fight broke out, the Rangers were nowhere in sight. This was the Knickerbockers. Crazier yet, it didn't involve any currently rostered players.

It's not totally clear yet, as accounts differ, but a former Knicks star -- Charles Oakley -- allegedly wanted to mix it up with the team's owner, James Dolan. Gotta say, a long line would form for a chance to take a shot at that dude, but he stayed beyone arm's length.

Instead, a few other OGs weighed in, and since a couple of them had badges, Oakley left in handcuffs. Bummer.

All of which reminds us, we've gotta find some studly gloves to stick in our Fanorama store, just in case you need your knuckles protected someday. Until then, check out our super-cool shirts for dudes who can display it:

Not bad for $21.89, is it?

We're still loading stuff, so keep checking back. We've got the highly anticipated Daily Player Stuff collection being assembled, and a Sports Fans collection is coming soon.

And we'll have enough to go around so no one's gonna have to put up their dukes to get what they want.
